The best-loved moments of Handel's Messiah on period instruments, in a Thursday evening highlights performance. Guest director Gary Thor Wedow, a specialist in historically informed performance and longtime Juilliard faculty member, leads the orchestra with world-class soloists and Portland Baroque Voices, PBO's new professional vocal ensemble.
