About the event

Vivaldi wrote his radiant Gloria for the young women of Venice's Ospedale della Pietà, and In Mulieribus performs it as he intended: sung by women, with chamber orchestra. Eight young singers from IM's Young Singer Mentorship Program join the ensemble for this festive close to its 20th anniversary season. A Venetian-themed celebration follows at All Saints Episcopal Church.
